Shipping Policy

At Eternal Quilts, all shipping and shipping materials are included in your purchase. This includes:

• Prepaid shipping materials and labels for sending your personal items to our quilters.

• Shipping materials and delivery from the quilter directly to you once your quilt is completed.

All quilts are shipped via UPS Ground, and you will receive tracking information once your quilt is on its way. Eternal Quilts is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact us at help@eternalquilts.com.
