Eternal Quilts specializes in incorporating personal fabrics and materials into custom quilts. By submitting any personal items to us, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items you send to us are appropriate for use in quilting and that you have the legal right to submit these materials.
• Items should be clean and free of damage that could affect the final quilt.
• We reserve the right to reject materials that are unsuitable for use in quilting.
1.2 Loss or Damage Disclaimer
We take great care in handling all submitted materials, but by sending us personal items, you agree that:
• Eternal Quilts and its affiliated quilters assume no liability for loss, theft, damage, or destruction of materials at any stage of our process, including but not limited to shipping, handling, storage, or incorporation into the final quilt.
• We do not guarantee that all submitted materials will be incorporated into the final quilt, as suitability may vary.
• You understand that the quilting process involves cutting, stitching, and potentially altering the fabric, and Eternal Quilts is not responsible for any dissatisfaction arising from these necessary modifications.
1.3 Shipping Responsibility
• Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping their materials to us. Eternal Quilts is not liable for lost or damaged shipments.
• If you choose to have your quilt or unused fabric returned, you must purchase this additional service at the time of customization of the quilt. Eternal Quilts is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.
1.4 - Limitation of Liability
Eternal Quilts and its quilters, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss or damage of personal items provided for incorporation into a quilt. In any event, our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the quilt in question. By purchasing from Eternal Quilts, you acknowledge and agree to this limitation of liability.
SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks and (b) changes to conform to technical requirements. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission.
